4.How can I follow up the situation of my parcel, and what is the couriers used?
For big order, we can ship by sea per customer instruction.
For small order, we can ship via courier express.
We use and recommend reliable EMS,DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT as we have long term cooperation, we can get a good rate.
For sure, we can ship goods via customer courier account , if our customers prefer it.
Once goods sent out, we will provide tracking number for customer track online.
We are also keeping an eye on them until they reach you.

5.  What is lead time (production time)?  what is the transportation time?
Lead time: 7 - 10 working days from the date receiving your payment.
Transportation time: As usual need 3-5 days reach destination by courier express, such as DHL, FedEx, EMS, UPS, TNT etc.

6. should I leave my full address when I order?
Once you place order, you should leave your detailed information.
Full address including:  receiver, detail address, postal code, country, phone number.
so we can deliver orders correctly and timely.

7. Return Policy:

Your purchase may not always meet your needs and we understand that. In order to ensure that the return process is as hassle free as possible, we ask that you please contact us should a return be needed. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and your input helps us improve our products and service. When you contact us for a return, a mondatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be assigned. This number will help expediate the process of your exchange, or refund.


 When returning any items, please include the RMA number which can be obtained by contacting us. Custom Products, such as pre-welded bands, are not eligible for returns, Products may be returned for credit within 30 days from the date of order parcel signed for under the following conditions:

1.)  All products must be in new and re-sellable condition, of current design, and in its original packaging.

2.)  Returns must be evaluated to ensure physical condition or product count is accurate. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to your account for any items that are returned past the 30 day return deadline.

Due to OSHA regulations regarding possible exposure to blood borne pathogens, ChinaDentalSmile is prohibited from accepting instruments for evaluation without proof of sterilization. Unless proof of sterilization is evident, ChinaDentalSmile reserves the right to either destroy these items or return them to the customer.
